Where did it all go wrong

I had this idea for a series staring Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario and Megaman....but the repeative nature of web comics drove me from the idea.

I know for a fact and don't play those games, so I'll explain the idea.

The idea was, in 1991, Mario and Megaman promised to remain friends no matter what (Megaman being mostly on PS1 and PS2), they met up with Sonic who boasted he would out live them..... 15 years later....where are they now in there carriers??

Some in jokes that need explaining

When Mario says "We know how to adapt" refers to how Mario and Megaman games have changed for better concerning style and gameplay unlike Sonic which is all about looks and new characters.

Sonic's constant nature to refering to "Kids" makes fun of the fact Sonic games are being made for younger auidences oposed to those who are die hard fans.

Mario says "Your late with the rent" mocks the fact most Sonic games appear on Nintendo systems now.

"I was cool once" is my opinion on Sonic's popularity

The song Mario is singing is based on the song "Lets all meet up in the year 2000" by Blur...I think.
